The role and the team

Apptus is growing, we are happy announce our search for a new colleague to join us at our headquarters in Lund. As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will be a part of our Customer Success team. In this role, you will help our existing customers with support for day-to-day questions and have responsibility for the smaller accounts.

As a junior customer success manager, you will also be responsible for onboarding and implementation for some of the new customers. This would be in close collaboration with the expert services team at Apptus or external partners that is more involved in the technical process. You will also demonstrate success and statistics to our customers by measuring and analyzing KPIs, identifying cases, and playing a part in analyzing and conveying them successfully. You will also have further training in Apptus apps and functions with customers.

For the right candidate, there are opportunities to grow into a more senior Customers Success Manager-role, where you will take more responsibility for larger accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve existing customers with support for day-to-day questions based on the latest best practices and available tools.
  • Routinely contact customers and suggest improvements to existing implementation.
  • Work together with colleagues sharing, documenting, and updating them on the best practices used.
  • Monitor and log customer activities using relevant tools.
  • Play an active part in onboarding and implementation to some of our new customers.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in customer support in a technical environment.
  • Experience handling multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Experience of building value proposition to customers in a business environment.
  • Languages: Business level Swedish and English.
  • Education: information technology or equivalent technical education.

Some more practical information:

  • This is a full-time position, and we want you to start as soon as possible 😊
  • This position is based in Lund, but we have a flexible working culture.
  • When the world gets back to normal, it is a requirement to be able to travel 1-2 days/ month (often in Scandinavia)
